Our General Home Pest Control
Our service begins with a free inspection of the interior and exterior of your house. We pay close attention to conducive conditions, entry points, your foundation, signs of pest activity, and anything in particular that you've noticed. Once we've completed our inspection, we'll provide you with an analysis of our findings, and we'll go over our proposed treatment plan and your options for services.
Whenever possible, we offer same-day or next-day services after our inspection. Our initial treatment typically takes between one and two hours, depending on the situation and the size of your property. We'll treat targeted areas identified during our inspection, entry areas, nesting and harborage areas, and where we've seen pest activity. This initial service includes both the interior and exterior of your house.
Depending on your needs, we offer follow-up services that can be as frequent or infrequent as necessary to provide continual pest protection for your house. Based on your particular situation, monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly service options are all available. If you choose to engage in a recurring plan, you'll also be covered by our warranty which includes free reservices when needed.
